Delivery Information

·         We will aim to post all items within 24 hours of receiving the order form (Weekend orders will be dispatched on the next business day)

·         All items in the UK will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. All international orders will be sent fully tracked with signature on delivery. However, please bare in mind we do work full time along side our business

Returns

·         If for any reason there is a problem with a product you have purchased, we will require you to return the item for further assessment

·         If you require an exchange of an item, please include stamps/money for return postage. We do not cover this cost

·         If you have purchased something incorrectly or have changed your mind, we would be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt

·         All Items must be returned in a perfect, unworn condition

·         We will only refund the price paid for the item/s, not any postage costs that are incurred with the order

·         If returning an item we suggest using a tracked service (i.e Recorded mail) and keep your proof of postage when returning your item, as we will not be liable to refund any items that are lost in transit.

·         If you selected the local shipping option then we will be more than happy to come meet you at your shipping address to exchange Item(s).
